About us |

Eden Place is a spacious Edwardian town house, once the residence of Sir Anthony Eden (British Prime Minister 1955-57), which has been sympathetically extended with twenty single and two double bedrooms. There is a private courtyard for residents’ relaxation plus surrounding gardens.
Eden Place also operates two highly commended small nearby satellite
houses for residents who require support from staff during the day
only.
Our highly dedicated and professional clinical team consists of experienced qualified psychiatric nurses and nursing assistants. We ensure that new residents are provided with the services of a local psychiatrist and general practitioner. There are systematic assessments of each resident’s mental, physical, social and spiritual needs from which Care Plans are regularly developed, evaluated and reviewed with the participation of the resident (and relatives where appropriate).
We actively seek and respond to the views expressed by residents and
their families and regularly hold residents’ meetings.
We also provide visiting services i.e. chiropodist, optician, dentist, hairdresser, aromatherapy massage and pastoral.
